1:00-2:00 Single- Arm Dumbbell Floor (or Bench) Press

3:00-4:00 Front Squats (95/65, Single Dumbbell, or anything heavy!)

4:00-5:00 Rest

*Record total reps each round. Start back at zero each time you start back with the first movement.
