Step 2: Come Visit!

Joining in one of our classes is the best way to answer all of those questions that you have about CrossFit. No matter what you have heard about CrossFit or what you think about group fitness, we encourage you to come dive into one of our classes…FOR FREE! You are welcome to visit any of our regularly scheduled classes. Please ARRIVE 15 MINUTES PRIOR to the class, find the coach, and let them know you are there to check us out. Step 3: Attend Fundamentals

As an introduction to Palo Duro CrossFit, all new members must attend Fundamentals. This 90 minute class is designed to introduce you to everything about Palo Duro CrossFit and educate you on the proper techniques of all CrossFit movements and lifts.

To register for Fundamentals, follow these steps:

Click on the Schedule page. Locate the Fundamentals class that you want to attend and email [email protected] to reserve your spot (limited to 15 spots weekly).

Step 4: Pick a Membership

Pick which membership best fits you and start your membership. For a complete description of membership and pricing options, please see our schedule & rates page.

Step 5: Dive In!

Dive in! After finishing your Fundamentals you will be ready for any of our Crossfit Classes.
