Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

10 min AMRAP

Lil Beast Baseball

(Set up cones around gym like a baseball diamond)

1st: 6 jump squats

2nd: 4 ring rows

3rd: 6 sit-ups

Home: 4 burpees

Each time you finish burpees= 1 round
