Death By Overhead Squat (AMRAP – Rounds)
Rx = 95/65
At the start of minute 1, do 1 OHS
At the start of minute 2, do 2 OHS
Continue pattern until you cannot complete the movement with the minute.
When you fail, do sit-ups until minute 20.
If you fail before round 15, lower the weight and complete more rounds before moving on to sit-ups. Record your “Rx” rounds for the workout and then your other scales in your notes. The workout is an overhead squat workout not a sit-ups workout. 🙂
