Partner 1: 200m Run + 15 Air Squats (Rx+=08 Alt Pistols)

Partner 2: As Many Rounds as Possible

10 Ring Rows

10 Mountain Climbers (L/R=1)

**switch after partner 1 is done with the squats, pick up where partner 2 left off.

10:00-18:00

Partner 1: 20 Box Jumps (20/16, Under 15=16/12, Rx+=Higher)

Partner 2: As Many Rounds as Possible

10 Pushpress (95/65, Under 15=20/10 dumbbells, Rx+=135/95)

10 Lateral Bar Hops (L/R=1)
