2 Mile Relay Run

4 – 400m Runs Each

or

8 – 200m Runs Each

While Partner 1 Runs,

Partner 2 Completes Max Reps.

Round 1 = Max Reps Ring Dips

Round 2 = Max Reps Push Press

Round 3 = Max Reps Burpee Box Jumps

Round 4 = Max Reps Sit-ups

*Repeat Cycle if you’re running 200m.

Push Press = (Rx = 95/65, Rx+= Dumbbells 50/35)

Box Jumps = (Rx 24/20, Rx+= 30/24)

*Keep a running total of all reps between both partners.
