400m Relay Run*
30 Box Jumps (24/20)
20 Wall Ball (20/14, 10’/9′)
10 Squat Cleans (135/95, Rx+=155/105)
*Both partners run to the 200m turn-a-around (100m). Partner 1 runs to the 400m turn-a-round (200m) and back to Partner 2. Then, Partner 2 runs to the 400m turn-a-round (200m) and back. Both Partners then run back in together.
