AMRAP in 20 Minutes
While partner one completes
one round of Cindy
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Air Squats
Partner two completes as many Sit-ups as possible. Keep a running total of Sit-ups.
**The workout is scored by total Cindy rounds and reps of Sit-ups completed by team. If there were 10 rounds and 100 sit-ups, then the score would be recorded 10 Rounds 100 Reps.
