24 Dumbbell Snatches (Alternating L/R, 50/35)

24 Box Jumps (24/20)

24 Dumbell Hang Cleans (One in each hand, 50/35)

24 Love Taps (Over Dumbbell, 35/20)

Partner 1: Completes all the Dumbbell Movements.

Partner 2: Completes all the Box Jumps & Love Taps.

Then switch movements after every completed round.
