12 Dumbbell Static Lunges (L/R=1, 35/20, Rx+=Heavier)

(Partner 2)

20 Alternating Box Jumps (24/20, Rx+=All the Way Overs)

24 Alternating Weighted Sit-ups (35/20, Rx+=Heavier)

Partners rotate on Run and Lunges each round.
