CrossFit Training

The goal is to improve fitness and therefore general physical preparedness. You will not see any “machines” in our gyms other than a Concept 2 Rower. You will see a combination of: sprinting, rowing, jumping rope, climbing rope, weightlifting, carrying odd objects, box jumps, barbells, dumbbells, gymnastics ring work, pull-ups, kettlebells, medicine balls, and many bodyweight exercises. CrossFit is for everyone, regardless of your experience or fitness level. Each workout will be tweaked by a coach to meet your capabilities.

Our CrossFit Classes are designed to be 1 hour in length. Short and intense!
