For Time, switch as needed

(Couples = one holds a plank while the other does a burpee and jumps over, Non-Couples = Just regular burpees while the other holds plank)

60 Partner Wall Balls (Women’s weight, 10’/9′)

90 Medball Toss Sit-ups (Women’s weight, 14″ box)

*Complete 04 Rope Climbs at any point in the workout.
