Conditioning
Rest at least 05 Minutes after you finish the Workout of the Day and start at the top of the next Minute (#:00)
800m + 400m (Backwards on Road) Run (Time)
During both runs, once you exit the parking lot, run backward on the road. Run forwards again once you return and enter the driveway to come in.
