2 Rounds for Time in Partners:

50 Kettlebell Swings (53/35, kids pick an appropriate weight)

50 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (35/20, kids pick an appropriate weight)

200m “Fun” Run

“Fun” Run = a race between the partners with the last one in doing 3 penalty burpees.
