Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
AMRAP in 16 Minutes (reps)
In groups of 3 Complete as many Thrusters (95/65) as possible while the other 2 partners complete 20 Partner Med Ball Toss Sit Ups (10 each) (14/10).
Once 20 Partner Med Ball Toss Sit Ups are completed rotate one position.
Workout is scored by the total number of Thrusters completed by the group.
**The Catch = every 4 Minutes everyone must do 5 Burpees.
