Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
AMRAP in 16 Minutes (reps)
In groups of 3 Complete as many Wallballs as possible (10’/9′, 20/14) while the other 2 partners complete 20 Partner Med Ball Toss Sit-ups over 20″ Box (10 each) (20/14).
Once 20 Partner Med Ball Toss Sit-Ups are completed rotate one position.
Workout is scored by the total number of Thrusters completed by the group.
**The Catch** every 4 Minutes everyone must do 05 Burpees.
