20 Box Jumps (24/20)
40 Goblet Squats (53/35)
60 Sit-ups
40 Push-ups
20 Static Lunges
Run 400m

Group 01: will start the workout at 3, 2, 1,..Go.
Group 02: will start at the 3:00 mark.
Any athlete in Group 01 who gets caught or passed by someone in Group 02 will owe 25 penalty burpees at the end of the WOD.
Any athlete in Group 02 who doesn’t catch or pass at least one athlete in Group 01 will owe 25 penalty burpees at the end of the WOD.
