4 – 400m Runs Each

8 – 200m Runs Each

While Partner 1 works Partner 2 Completes Max Reps.

Round 1 = Max Reps Push-ups

Round 2 = Max Reps Dead-lifts

Round 3 = Max Reps Box Jumps

Round 4 = Max Reps Sit-ups

*Repeat if you’re running 200m.

Dead-lift = (Rx 155/105) (Rx+ 205/155)

Box Jumps = (Rx 20/16) (Rx+ 30/24)

*Keep a running total of all reps between both partners.
