AMRAP in 22 Minutes in Partners
24 Push-ups
24 Box Jumps (24/20)
24 Jumping Alt Lunges (L/R=2)
24 Russian Twists (25/15, L/R=2)
24 Med Ball Toss Sit-ups (20/14, Only one partner working while the other partner stands in front tossing)
Partner 1: Completes all the Push-ups, Lunges, Sit-ups
Partner 2: Completes all the Box Jumps & Russian Twists.
Then switch movements after every completed round.
