AMRAP in 30 Minutes:
60 Flutter Kicks (L/R=2)
60 Single Arm Push-press (30 Each Side, Dumbbell or any weighted object)
60 Goblet Squats (Same weight/object as the Push-presses)
** Only one partner working at a time and the other partners have to do jumping jacks while the other parter works.
