2 Mile Relay Run

4 – 400m Runs Each or

8 – 200m Runs Each

While Partner 1 Runs,

Partner 2 Completes Max Reps.

Round 1 = Max Reps Push-ups

Round 2 = Max Reps Dead-lifts

Round 3 = Max Reps Box Jumps

Round 4 = Max Reps Wall-Balls

*Repeat Cycle if you’re running 200m.

Dead-lift = (155/105) (Rx+= 205/155)

Box Jumps = (24/20) (Rx+ =30/24)

Wall-Balls (10’/9′, 20/14) Rx+=11’/10′)

*Keep a running total of all reps between both partners.
