For Time:
50 Box Jumps
100 Sit Ups
200 Double Unders or 350 Singles
*Complete 5 Burpees at the top of every minute starting with Burpees.
*No Jump Rope? Do 350 Line Hops
*No Box? Jump/Step onto stairs, a bleacher step, cooler
