The Cut Schedule (Time)
150-75-50-40-30-20-10
Unbroken Double Unders For Time:
Rx= If you trip in a set, you start that set over
Scaled Option 1: If you trip in a set, just continue to count.
Scaled Option 2: 2x Unbroken Single Unders
Scaled Option 3: 2x Single Unders and if you trip in a set, just continue to count.
This is programmed after the cut schedule for the 2019 CrossFit Games: 150 athletes in the first event, cut to 75 second event, 75 to 50 to 40 to 30 to 20 to 10 for the remaining events.
