10 Wall-balls (20/14, 10/9, Rx+=Heavier)

10 Dumbbell Burpees (35/20, Rx+=50/35)

Partner 2: Rest

Partner 3:

1 Rope Climb & 100m Sprint (to street and back)

OR

10 Ring Rows & 100m Sprint (to street and back)

*Rotate after 1 complete round is finished in the partner 1 position.

*Keep a running total of Rounds completed.
