05 Thrusters (95/65, Rx+=135/95)

While other partner lays down flat with their feet hovering over a 45lb plate.
*switch positions every other round.
This is an every minute on the minute (EMOM) workout where Partner A has one minute to finish the reps. Whatever time is left in the minute is rest time. Partner A can only work while partner B’s feet are hovering.
