Workout of the Day
Macho Taco (AMRAP – Reps)
5 Rounds for Total Reps
AMRAP in 3 Minutes:
60 Double Unders (Scale=120 Singles or 120 Line Hops)
20 Jumping Alternating Lunges (L/R=2)
Max Rounds of “Macho Man” (Dumbbells 50/35, Barbell 75/55, or any odd heavy object!)
Rest 1 Minute Between Rounds
1 Round of “Macho Man” = 3 Power Cleans + 3 Front squats + 3 Shoulder to Overhead
Weekly Challenge
Daily Push-ups (AMRAP – Reps)
Log your daily Push-up total here! Add up however many you’ve done in the workout of the day and all extra too.
