20 Flutter Kicks (L/R=1)
10 Push Press (Barbell, Dumbbells, or something heavy!)
20 Box Jumps (find something to jump on to!)
– Rest 2 Minutes –
AMRAP in 07 Minutes
20 Mountain Climbers (L/R=1)
10 Deadlifts (Barbell, Dumbbells, or something heavy!)
20 Box Step-ups (find something to step on to!)
*Pick-up in the 2nd AMRAP where you left off in the first.
