Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
16 Minute AMRAP (reps)
In groups of 3 Complete as many Hang Power Cleans (95/65) as possible while the other 2 partners complete 20 Partner Med Ball Toss Sit Ups (14/10).
Once 20 Partner Med Ball Toss Sit Ups are completed rotate one position.
Workout is scored by the total number of Hang Power Cleans completed by the group.
**The Catch = every 4 Minutes everyone must do 5 Burpees.
