Perform 2 Bench Press every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:

*First five sets at 70% then slowly build.

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

AMRAP in 08 Minutes

21 Dumbbell Thrusters (35/20, Rx+=Heavier)

15 Hand Release Push-ups

09 Weighted Sit-ups (35/20, Rx+= Strict Weighted Sit-ups)

– Rest 2 Minutes –

Repeat AMRAP in 04 Minutes, picking up where you left off in the first.
