Front Rack Lunge (Accumulate 200′ total with 2 Dumbbells.)

25′ = across the gym passing through the pull-up rig.

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

3 Rounds for Max Reps at Each Station

0:00-2:00 – Row 400m then hold Plank as long as possible.(Row=1 rep, Plank=1 rep)

2:00-3:00 – Air Squats

3:00-4:00 – Pull-ups

4:00-5:00 – Hand Stand Push-ups.
