10 Box Jumps (24/20, Rx+=30/24)

10 MedBall Toss Sit-ups (*Only one partner working, other partner standing and tossing ball back, 20/14, Rx+=Heavier)
*Partner 1 will do the Kettlebell Swings

*Partner 2 will do Box Jumps only

*Partner 1 will do Sit-ups

*Switch positions after each round.
